Investment Advisory Services Refunds

Initial Consultation

If you have purchased an initial consultation package and wish to cancel:

  • Before consultation: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • Late cancellation: 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • After consultation: No refund once the consultation has been conducted.

Investment Planning Services

For comprehensive investment planning services:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the service and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no investment plan has been delivered.
  • After plan delivery: No refund will be issued after the investment plan has been delivered, regardless of the time frame.
  • After 14 days: No refund will be issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Ongoing Advisory Services

For subscription-based ongoing advisory services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be issued for the unused portion of annual subscriptions if canceled within 30 days of purchase. No refunds after 30 days.

Educational Content and Digital Products

Online Courses

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course material.
  • After 7 days: No refunds after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Course completion: No refunds if you have completed more than 25% of the course material, regardless of the time frame.

E-Books and Digital Reports

  • Before download: Full refund if you have not downloaded the digital product.
  • After download: No refunds once the digital product has been downloaded.

Webinars and Online Events

  • Before event: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • Late cancellation: 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
  • After event: No refunds after the event has been conducted or for missed events.
  • Recordings: No refunds for purchased recordings of past webinars or events.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information in your request:
    • Your full name
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Service or product purchased
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

  • Technical issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, and our team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Service unavailability: If a scheduled service is canceled by InvestPro, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Medical emergencies: In case of documented medical emergencies that prevent you from using our services, we may offer extended refund periods or credit for future services, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Each special circumstance will be evaluated individually. Documentation may be required to support your request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Customized investment analyses that have been delivered
  • Brokerage account setup assistance services that have been completed
  • Any service explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
  • Transaction fees, if applicable
