9. Service Fees and Payments

Some of our Services may require payment of fees. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvestPro's total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InvestPro during the six (6) month period prior to the date the claim arose.
